When airbnb launched the superhost program back in 2009, veteran hosts like myself thought it would be so easy becoming a superhost. Whilst I have come close on many ocassions hosting as Villa Sofia Ayia Napa, it has taken me almost 13 years to be granted it.
Like most businesses there are constant challenges from surrounding competition, wear and tear of the property, long distance challenges, time differences and not to mention covid.
Listening to our guests and acting promptly has definitely helped us achieve superhost status. However, no matter what you do at the best of times for some guests, sometimes, it simply isn't enough and so the point here is to keep doing what you do, as best as you can and hopefully your guests will appreciate you and the effort you have gone to for them.
We are proud to be celebrating our superhost status on Airbnb as Villa Sofia Ayia Napa. Lots of hard work has gone into ensuring we provide first class facilities at the villa and our guests are kept happy thoughout their stay with us. It just goes to show we listen to all your comments !
