Family friendly villa with private pool & gardens, across the road from the famous Nissi beach
Villa Sofia enjoys a prime location directly across from Nissi Beach. Not only is it conveniently situated within walking distance of numerous 5-star hotels, but it also boasts a vibrant atmosphere with an array of restaurants, bars, and shops right on its doorstep. The villa's proximity to Ayia Napa town centre and square, the new Ayia Napa Marina, the port, and the waterpark means that these attractions are all easily accessible on foot.
With up to four bedrooms, Villa Sofia offers a comfortable accommodation option. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, while a convenient en-suite bedroom is situated on the ground floor by the pool, making it ideal for elderly couples or those seeking extra privacy (commonly referred to as the pool house).
Situated on a spacious 500m2 plot, the villa features a private 8 * 4-meter swimming pool and meticulously landscaped surroundings, providing a tranquil and gated oasis. Sun beds are provided for relaxation, and an outdoor shower is available for pre- and post-pool use.

We accept single gender groups or groups under the age of 26 yrs old with a parent/guarantor making the booking. Management reserves the right to increase damage deposit and request proof of ID.
Villa Sofia boasts an inviting open-plan layout with a modern ambiance. Upon entering, you'll find the lounge and dining area directly ahead, while the fully fitted kitchen is located to the right. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, utensils, and crockery for your stay, and it conveniently leads to the outdoor BBQ area, complete with a pergola that offers additional covered seating.
The lounge is well-appointed with a flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speakers that can connect to your phone, super-fast broadband, wireless internet, and access to satellite/Netflix channels. The lounge area overlooks the pool and garden, and it leads to a cozy covered seating area outdoors. A guest WC and shower are also conveniently situated just off the lounge.
Upstairs, you'll find three double bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable double bed. These bedrooms share a spacious family-size bathroom.
Throughout the villa, air conditioning is available and operates on timer switches to ensure energy efficiency. Villa Sofia can accommodate a maximum of eight guests, with six individuals staying inside the main villa and an additional two guests in the pool house.
The villa offers two balconies, one at the front and another at the back, both providing pleasant views of the pool and gardens.
Private parking is available for one car within the villa's grounds, and ample free parking can be found on the road beside the villa.
